Over an 8 year period I led the team that helped transform the foodservice offer in many of the MEGA projects in Russia. Starting with strategic direction,  we worked with the architecture, construction and leasing teams to deliver the proposed solutions. I also conducted extensive training of their teams to help develop the understanding of foodservice and its development in commercial centres.
